50th Anniversary Celebrations (1965-2015)
The Upward Bound Trust (UBT) celebrated 50 years of training young people to fly gliders in 2015. Former members, pupils and friends joined us in our celebrations during the Vintage Rally weekend on 2nd, 3rd and 4th of May 2015.

Congratulations to Mark on his solo in December 2012. Mark is an experienced pilot of powered aircraft and has now learnt to fly an engineless aircraft with ease!

The annual fixture that is the UBT Christmas Curry took place in December 2012. After a pleasant Sunday flying, 20 members
descended on a local curry house for some tasty food. Thanks to Simon for organizing the evening.
